A CSNA member reports that the application by 7-11 corporate for a permit for 24-hour operation at the Ewing St. store, site of the former White Hen Pantry, is complete, and will be on the Zoning Board of Appeals agenda twice for July 15, 7:30 in the Council chamber of the Civic Center.
One item is the Special Use permit application to operate as a convenience food store establishment at the Ewing location.
The second is the Special Use permit application to operate "with unlimited hours." Current zoning requires being closed from Midnight until 6AM. If the special use permit is approved, the 7-11 will be allowed to be open 24 hours.
