2012 NU Football Schedule

The 2012 Northwestern University men's varsity football home season begins on Saturday, September 8, with a 7 p.m. game against Vanderbilt.
 
Once again, there will be parking on the Evanston-Wilmette Community Golf Course at the fairways on Isabella, Bryant/Central and Lincoln (adjacent to the golf course/American Legion building). Residents should note the date and plan for restricted parking and changes in traffic patterns on streets around the neighborhood.

Sept. 8 vs. Vanderbilt, 7 p.m.
Sept. 15 vs. Boston College 2:30 p.m.
Sept. 22 vs. South Dakota TBA
Sept. 29 vs. Indiana TBA
October 20 vs. Nebraska (FAMILY DAY) TBA
October 27 vs. Iowa (HOMECOMING) 11 a.m.
Nov. 24 vs. Illinois TBA

Thanks for posting this, Deb. Neighbors may want to clip this and keep it on the fridge to be prepared! Note that tickets are still available for tonight's game, ranging from $20-$40 via the NU online site and presumably at the box office on Central Street, and there appear to be many more available on StubHub and craigslist, likely from season ticket holders who can't make the game.
Residents should bear in mind that Evanston collects one of the highest college sports taxes in the country, at 11%. Northwestern athletic events generated approximately a half-million dollars for the City in the 2011 fiscal year.
