2021 CENTRAL STREET NEIGHBORS ASSOCIATION

ANNUAL MEETING

ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND

“The Board of Directors shall be comprised of the officers of CSNA plus not less than 6 nor more than 10 current voting members of CSNA. CSNA shall have the following officers, serving one-year terms: President, one or more Vice Presidents, Secretary and Treasurer. The President and Vice President shall be elected by the membership and the Secretary and Treasurer shall be appointed by the Board of Directors.”

The CSNA Nominating Committee has proposed the following slate of two Officers and four Directors to be subject to a recorded vote of the membership.

The following board members were elected for two-year terms at the 2020 annual membership meeting and will remain on the board until the 2022 election: Connie Heneghan, Jim Hughes and David Staub. . The bylaws provide that the immediate past president is also a board member (Mark Sloane).
