Harley Clarke Citizens' Committee to Hold First Meeting Thurs., February 12

The City of Evanston has announced that the newly-appointed Harley Clarke Citizens' Committee will hold its first meeting Thursday, Feb. 12 at 6:00 p.m. in room 2403 of the Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Avenue, Evanston.
