2014 Annual Meeting Ballot

“The Board of Directors shall be comprised of the officers of CSNA plus not less than 6 nor more than 10 current voting members of CSNA. CSNA shall have the following officers, serving one-year terms: President, one or more Vice Presidents, Secretary and Treasurer.  The President and Vice President shall be elected by the membership and the Secretary and Treasurer shall be appointed by the Board of Directors.”

The CSNA Nominating Committee has proposed the following slate of two Officers and three Directors to be subject to a record vote of the membership.

The following board members were elected for two year terms at the February, 2013 Annual Membership Meeting.  They will remain on the board until the 2015 election:  Carl Bova, Mike Hartnett, Megan Lutz, MaryLou Smith and Debbie Weixl.

Mark Sloane (former CSNA President) will act as Treasurer. Debbie Weixl will act as Secretary.
