City's Human Services Committee to View Proposals for Harley Clarke Property - tonight, Nov. 4, 2013

The Human Services Committee meets tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the Evanston Civic Center and will consider two proposals for the Harley Clarke property. One is from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, the other from the Evanston Arts Center.
