Chefs Buy Jacky's on Prairie

Chicago Magazine is reporting that, effective Monday, August 15, chef Jonadab Silva and pastry chef Erin Silva Winston will be the new owners of Jacky's on Prairie, the successor to Jacky's Bistro at 2545 Prairie, Evanston. Reportedly, the popular prix fixe menus will be maintained albeit with a slightly downsized number of offerings.
