Pedestrians Ignore Crosswalks, Pt. 2

Another Central Street shopper strolls leisurely into traffic, in front of a huge truck, in the middle of the block, despite a light at Hartrey, a painted crosswalk in front of Foodstuffs, and a painted and coned crosswalk at Prairie. Oh, and you might not be able to see it, but the driver of the sedan is talking on her cell phone.
